I’m really pleased (and relieved) to get over the line and complete my second marathon. It was a very well organised event and I was delighted to be a part of it.
My first visit to Paris and a great way to see the city, passing most of the historical sights. A fantastic course (as long as you don’t mind the cobbles) and well supported along the way.
Everything seemed to go in my favour on race day (including the weather) and I managed to maintain a pretty consistent pace throughout the race. I finished with a time of 3:36:39 which was 11 minutes quicker than my debut marathon.
