Our current training nights are the following;
Mondays 3:30-4:30pm Junior Running Club 4-16 years old – Priestlands School Fields
Mondays 5-6pm Junior Running Club Yr3-Yr8 – Walhampton School
Tuesdays 6:30-8pm Running Club all ages and abilities – Lymington Leisure Centre
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 Solent swim group training (coached by Julie B)
Thursdays 7:30-8:15 Juniors Swim Training – Lymington Leisure Centre
Thursdays 8:15-9pm Adults Swim Training – Lymington Leisure Centre
Core stability training and yoga for runners tbc soon
Adults may run along the roads under street lights so please wear an item of hi-viz clothing.
In order for everyone to enjoy themselves, we do ask that adults who would like to partake in Tuesday night running to ensure they can complete 3KM non-stop running.
We’re hoping to run another evening of adult run training for those who are just starting out…watch this space! 🙂
